Odell Beckham Jr. Was Carted Off With An Apparent Left Ankle Injury

Brandon Marshall and Sterling Shepard all left the games with injured ankles, with Beckham's injury perhaps the most devastating of the three in 27-22 loss to the previously winless Los Angeles Chargers.

The team's receiving corps had already been hurting, as Odell Beckham Jr. exited the Giants' Week 4 loss to the Buccaneers with an ankle injury and dislocated finger.

After the injury, the Giants gave up a touchdown to the Chargers before losing the game, putting their record at 0-5.

Beckham was in tears as he was carted off the field at MetLife Stadium. It was the same ankle he injured in the preseason against the Cleveland Browns which caused him to miss Week 1. That leaves second-year man Roger Lewis as the only healthy receiver on the Giants' depth chart as of Sunday evening.

The alarming Giants season may be going full disaster.

In the fourth quarter, Beckham went up for a catch before being pulled to the ground and twisting in awkward direction.
