Audrina Patridge files for divorce, temporary restraining order

It was less than a year ago that The Hills alum Audrina Patridge married Corey Bohan in a handsome tropical wedding after welcoming their baby girl, Kirra Max, into the world a few months earlier.

Former "The Hills" reality-show star Audrina Patridge and her husband of 10 months, professional BMX rider Corey Bohan, are divorcing. The next instance also included a physical altercation while Audrina was holding Kirra.

"Respondent then let me pass, and ran downstairs in front of me and grabbed a big metal canister, saying if I left right now he was going to bash his head in with the canister right in front of us", she says.

In another incident on September 6, she said Corey started calling her names and harassing her. Audrina said she took Kirra upstairs, but he followed her, telling her she's "f-ked up" because of her childhood and her "messed up" mother.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Audrina says the violence began in mid August when they argued about her accusing him of cheating.

Things continued to escalate, however.

She later exited the show in 2009.

In court documents, Audrina said, "I was shaking at this point".

The protective order request was filed on Monday (18Sep17) and Audrina's divorce papers hit the court two days later. Fearing for her safety, she called the police and filed a report.

Are you shocked the couple is already over after less than a year of marriage? And, she wants an order specifically prohibiting Bohan from taking Kirra to his native land - Australia.
