Beauty And The Beast's first trailer is here and it's magical

"Beauty And The Beast" is due out on March 17, 2017.

Check out the first full trailer below. Disney has described the film as a "re-telling" of the 1991 animated classic, tailored for a "contemporary audience".

The new trailer begins by showing Belle's father, Maurice (Kevin Kline), exploring a garden, presumably in the Beast's castle, before being startled by the appearance of the Beast.

"Beauty And The Beast" is the latest film to get a live-action adaptation, following the box-office successes of Robert Stromberg's "Maleficent", Kenneth Branagh's "Cinderella" and Jon Favreau's "The Jungle Book". Any fear her casting was a mistake disappears the moment she appears on screen.

All this being said, the star of the show is undoubtedly the Beast himself. Does it make you feel nostalgic?

We were given the Beauty & The Best Teaser trailer 2016 5 months ago showing us a glimpse of a seemingly abandoned castle of Beast and the lovely face of Belle.

The trailer features one of the most memorable parts in the film - the ballroom scene.

This version of "Beauty" stars Dan Stevens, Ms. Watson, Emma Thompson, Ewan McGregor, and Ian McKellen. Luke Evans, plays the egotistical villain Gaston.

The two minute clip shows Watson in character as Belle as she is trapped in the Beast's (Stevens) castle. It's another shot-for-shot remake of the full-length trailer for the classic film.
